The Principal/Head Mistress/Academic Heads may be visited only from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. on all working days without prior appointment.
Teachers may be visited by parents and guardians only by prior appointment.
Parents should not try to contact the Principal/Head Mistress/Academic Heads or teachers over the phone or at home until it is a very urgent issue.
Parents can meet the Principal /Head Mistress/Academic Heads and Teachers during the visiting Hours at school with prior appointment.

Transportation is outsourced by outside contractors. If required, transportation will be arranged on request and additional cost will be applicable.
Parents shall pay the transportation charges directly to the transporter.
Parents should not argue with the teachers, other students, the conductor or driver present in the conveyance, if there is any problem, a written complaint to the Principal/Head Mistress/ Academic Heads or the Administrative office should be given or come and meet them personally.

Fees should be paid before or on the 15th of every term. If the fees is not paid on time, late fee will be charged.
The school has the right to strike off the name of a student from the school, if the fees are not paid for two consecutive terms.

A written application by the parent / guardian should be submitted 30 days prior stating the parents reason of withdrawal of their child. This should be submitted to the school office along with Rs.100/-.
School transfer certificate will be issued only after all dues towards the school are cleared by the administration.
